SUPPORT FOR UKRAINE
The Town Council is appalled by events in Ukraine and encourages residents to consider how they may support the thousands of Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war.
If you wish to offer your support to the people affected by the war in Ukraine you can do so in several ways.
Homes for Ukraine – You can offer a place in your home to people fleeing the conflict through the Homes for Ukraine scheme, with financial support available. Join over 150,000 individuals and organisations who have registered their interest in the scheme so far. Telford & Wrekin Council have committed to doing everything they can to support residents who wish to sponsor Ukrainian refugees by offering them a home.
